What You Will Do

Participate in conceptual designs, presentations, schematic design, design development.Collaborate with design team, clients, consultants, contractors, regulatory agencies and other vendors to meet overall project objectives  Produce graphic presentations, 3D renderings, and construction drawingsUtilize hand rendering techniques to communicate design concepts and iterative design solutionsCoordination with technical team.Participation in business development effort.

Your Qualifications

BArch/MArch or foreign equivalent, Architectural licensed8+ years of related experience, prefer experience of design large-scale projects such as, corporate headquarters, commercial or mixed-use projects. Experience interpreting building code requirements in designs, coordination with consultants.Proficient in the use of 2D/3D software, including Revit, BIM360, Octane, SketchUp , Lumion,  Rhino, V-Ray, Bluebeam, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator)Experience using and applying VR and/or AR as applicable to the architectural design process is a plusKnowledge of materials, construction techniques, and building codesStrong organizations skills and the ability to work on multiple projects at the same timeLEED accreditation a plusOutstanding graphic presentation skills
