Your Role and Responsibilities

We’re looking for a talented Designer to join our team in Brno.
 

You will design and optimize molds and fixtures for the production of transformers and sensors, focused on custom manufacturing for the electrical industry. If you want to gain new know-how, learn modern technologies, and grow your expertise in the field, this opportunity is for you.

Work model: onsite

Design vacuum and pressure molds and fixtures to support transformer and sensor production

Create and modify 3D models and technical drawings using SolidWorks

Handle technical preparation for custom production components in the electrical industry

Optimize and refine molds, propose technical improvements, and contribute to innovations

Collaborate within the team and across departments

Gradually acquire the know-how needed to develop and grow your skills in the field

 Qualifications for the Role

Completed mechanical engineering education – at least secondary technical school, preferably a university degree in a technical field

This role is open to fresh graduates

Proficient in SolidWorks with experience in 3D modeling and technical documentation

Languages: English at level B1 & Czech C1

Ability to read and work with technical drawings in practice

Strong team player with effective communication skills

Skilled at solving technical problems and finding practical solutions, motivated to improve processes and bring fresh ideas
