What's the role?
Join our dynamic branded Commercial Strategy and Growth Team and work on campaigns for some of Australia’s most iconic brands, including Australia Post supporting compelling retail campaigns, bulletins and photoshoot projects.
We are seeking a talented, driven, and collaborative Mid-Weight Designer eager to grow, learn, and contribute to industry-leading projects that make a real impact. You will work closely with our Art Director, account managers, writers, and external partners to bring creative concepts to life across digital, print, and environmental channels.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and deliver engaging campaign assets across digital, print, and environmental platforms
Collaborate with the team to ensure designs align with client goals, seasonal themes, and brand guidelines
Support campaign photoshoots — from concept and props sourcing to studio bookings and logistics
Create polished layouts and mock-ups for presentations, client pitches, and final art
Format and finalise files for digital and print production, liaising with vendors as needed
Manage imagery sourcing, file organisation, archiving, and campaign asset libraries
Respond to feedback and iterate designs, contributing to a positive and solutions-focused creative culture
Who are you?
3+ years’ design experience in agency, publishing, or content studio environments preferred
Strong proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator)
Bonus skills: After Effects, Canva, Google Slides, or PowerPoint
Keen interest in AI- driven design and emerging technologies
Digital background with a genuine interest in print media
Exceptional attention to detail, time management, and organisational skills
A collaborative mindset, openness to feedback, and a passion for learning
