What You Bring:

12+ years in design thinking, UX/UI, or related fields Expertise in facilitation, prototyping (Figma/Sketch/Adobe), and storytelling Strong knowledge of journey mapping, personas, and usability testing A collaborative mindset and ability to thrive in cross-functional teams
