About this role:
Wells Fargo is seeking a Business Execution Manager to support Payment Operations Change Delivery, where you will oversee business analysis execution supporting various payment initiatives with primary focus on new business development and technical enhancements for ACH, ECS, and Instant Payments. You will be responsible for managing strategy, project Implementation, and timelines for Payment Operations leveraging a geographically disbursed team. Your team will also provide technical subject matter expertise to partners inside and outside of Payment Operations including technology systems, product management, operations, sales, relationship management, and service teams to resolve complex and escalated issues and provide direction for product and strategy discussions. Engage in enterprise-wide business strategy while displaying in-depth knowledge of emerging trends in the industry; partners with executive management across Wells Fargo to define strategy and create and execute corresponding business plans and initiatives.

Required Qualifications:
4+ years of Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education2+ years Leadership experience

Pay Range
Reflected is the base pay range offered for this position. Pay may vary depending on factors including but not limited to achievements, skills, experience, or work location. The range listed is just one component of the compensation package offered to candidates.
