Design & Testing Business Execution Manager-Design & Testing

About this role:

Wells Fargo is seeking a Business Execution Manager to support Payment Operations Change Delivery, where you will oversee business analysis execution supporting various payment initiatives with primary focus on new business development and technical enhancements for ACH, ECS, and Instant Payments. You will be responsible for managing strategy, project Implementation, and timelines for Payment Operations leveraging a geographically disbursed team. Your team will also provide technical subject matter expertise to partners inside and outside of Payment Operations including technology systems, product management, operations, sales, relationship management, and service teams to resolve complex and escalated issues and provide direction for product and strategy discussions. Engage in enterprise-wide business strategy while displaying in-depth knowledge of emerging trends in the industry; partners with executive management across Wells Fargo to define strategy and create and execute corresponding business plans and initiatives.


In this role, you will:

Manage and develop a team of Technology Business Systems Consultants and Business Execution Consultants while ensuring successful planning, integration, impasse resolution, and measurement of operations with moderate to high complexity and visibilityEngage functional leaders to obtain resources, influence outcomes, address conflict, and ensure alignment with Wells Fargo's policies and business line objectivesIdentify and recommend opportunities for process improvement, redesign, change management initiatives, and risk control developmentIdentify potential risks when implementing change along with developing mitigation strategies and plansDetermine appropriate strategies and actions of multiple business groups to meet moderate to high complex deliverablesMake decisions and resolve issues regarding operations of the team to meet business objectivesInterpret and develop policies and procedures aligned with Wells Fargo's business line objectivesCollaborate with and influence functional business partners, leaders, and executive management to provide support and drive strategic initiatives for the businessInteract directly with executive management to influence, optimize, and negotiate on business operations related to Strategy and ExecutionProvide leadership to strategize and execute a variety of programs, services, and initiatives that are significant in scope, complexity, and riskManage allocation of people and financial resources for Business ExecutionMentor and guide talent development of direct reports and assist in hiring talent

Required Qualifications:

4+ years of Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education2+ years Leadership experience


Desired Qualifications:

3 years’ experience and expert knowledge of Nacha rulesExperience with Agile methodology and/or PMP certification4+ years of experience in financial services industry with leadership experience in Product, Technology and/or OperationsClear ability to influence, gain buy-in and negotiate with a diverse group of key business partners/stakeholders including senior managementExperience presenting to senior management and ability to articulate key messages around risk, issues, customer impacts, etc.Ability to evaluate risks and the impact of decisions on an overall organizationAbility to think strategically, implement, and deliver business objectivesOutstanding problem solving and analytical skills with ability to turn findings into strategic imperativesExperience identifying inefficiencies, finding opportunities to streamline business processes, and implementing changeStrong analytical skills with ability to turn findings into executable plans to meet business objectivesAbility to manage multiple and competing priorities

Job Expectations:

Hybrid work model of 3 days in the office and 2 days remote each week.

Position is not VISA eligible.

Pay Range
 

Reflected is the base pay range offered for this position. Pay may vary depending on factors including but not limited to achievements, skills, experience, or work location. The range listed is just one component of the compensation package offered to candidates.

$131,000.00 - $206,000.00
