Design Sales Consultant

Location: Peachtree City, GA  - 30269 | Full-Time, On-Site What You’ll Get + Base salary of $40,000–$45,000 + commission + Projected Year 1 Earnings: $75,000 + Earn over $100k in Year 2 + Company car and gas card  + Health, vision, and dental insurance. + 401(k) with 3.5% match (vesting at 2 years). + Paid Time Off: 2 weeks annually after 90 days. + 6 paid holidays, plus additional time off around Christmas and Black Friday + Consistent Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM. Sales appointments within the 9am-3pm window. (Very occasional Saturday flexibility needed for customer appointments.) What You’ll Do: + Meet with clients in our showroom and in their homes to assess needs and recommend tailored window treatment solutions. + Take precise in-home measurements to guarantee a flawless fit for each client’s window treatment. + Deliver a concierge-level experience from first consultation to installation walk-through. + Place orders accurately, collaborate with internal team members to ensure order precision, and follow up post-installation to guarantee satisfaction. + Leverage qualified inbound company leads to convert opportunities into successful sales. + Generate new sales leads and build your own pipeline of business. + Maintain detailed notes and customer information in our CRM system. + Represent our brand with professionalism, always polished, poised, and customer-first.   Who You Are + 2+ years experience in luxury, in-home, or high-touch consultative sales. + A competitive go-getter who loves winning and building lasting relationships. + Strong written and verbal communication skills. + Excellent at listening, problem-solving, and follow-through. + Comfortable with technology (iPad apps, Google Drive, CRMs). + Energetic and team-oriented with a professional appearance. + Able to lift and carry sample books and other presentation tools (30-60lbs). + Self-motivated and coachable, with a growth mindset and a strong sense of ownership.
