DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Conduct supportive and efficient Design Reviews which includes:performing evaluations of designs at various stages of development before required meetings and compose action items accordinglyattending all required meetingsprovide design solutions as necessaryreview tolerance analysisreview prints and approve Engineering Change Ordersescalate major design concernsSupport and assist Product Engineers through the various gates of the Design Review ProcessContribute to continuous improvement of the Design Review Porcess and associated tracking toolsEvalauateEngineerign Chane Orders ECOs for Design Review Team approvals.Support/assist Team Members/Product Engineers when necessary.

REQUIREMENTS, Competencies/Skills:
