Good Knowledge of selection and use of all wiring harness components according to properties like material type, temperature class etc.Good knowledge of vehicle architecture/topologyGood knowledge of DFMEAGood knowledge of Boundary Diagram and Parameter diagramGood knowledge of various functions of vehicle and intended/unintended electrical and mechanical connections and energy transfersIn Depth knowledge of wiring harness design processGood knowledge of wiring harness manufacturing processGood knowledge of Harness assembly/installation process at OEMGood knowledge of DVP&RGood knowledge of DFM (Design for Manufacturing)Good knowledge of automotive industry core tools like: Technical Design review and Change managementGood knowledge of problem resolving and root cause analysis techniquesBasic knowledge of PFMEAFamiliar with the electrical and electronic parts of the vehicle
