Design Office Controller (Finance) (m/f)

Job Description:

Airbus Helicopters is looking for a Design Office Controller (Finance)  (m/f) to join our Finance department based in Marignane, France.

You will be part of a co-located team, working in partnership with the Design Office's operational staff and the program controllers. Within the controlling team, you will be involved in program performance, as well as digitalization and improvement projects.

Your challenges:

Manages programme Non Recurring Cost (Developpement costs)

Provides quantitative and qualitative data to support discussions and decision making at Management level. -

Provides performance measurement against budgets/targets highlighting discrepancies and propose mitigation actions if needed.

Secure transparency on R&Opp

Challenges and supports business partners for all directorates in terms of financial and operational performance improvement. 

Steers the contributors through convergence processes resulting in target setting

Ensure data circularity (scope / capacity/

Supports business in changes decisions making

Monitors program through Earned Value Management, together with business stakeholders

Control input and out for C@C and build storyline with BP

Offer retex & quotation improvement

Your profile:

Min 5 years of professional experience 

Financial skills

Technical expertise : SAP, MS Office pack and/or GSuite pack 

Communication skills  - English - advanced level

Leadership,  adaptability, challenges oriented are essentials to succeed in this position 

Audit and Accounting basic knowledge will be a plus 

This position requires a security clearance or will require being eligible for clearance by the recognized authorities.
