Join us. **Job Description** We are seeking a visionary and detail-oriented Design Manager to lead our fit-out projects in Doha, Qatar. As a key member of our team, you will oversee the entire design process for commercial and residential fit-out projects, ensuring high-quality outcomes that meet client expectations and adhere to local regulations. + Manage and coordinate all aspects of the design process for fit-out projects, from concept to completion + Lead and mentor a team of designers, fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment + Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and resource allocations + Collaborate with clients, architects, contractors, and suppliers to ensure project success + Review and approve design concepts, drawings, and specifications + Ensure compliance with local building codes, regulations, and sustainability standards in Qatar + Present design concepts and progress reports to clients and stakeholders + Implement quality control measures throughout the design and execution phases + Stay updated on industry trends and innovative design solutions **Qualifications** + Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field + Minimum of 15 years of experience in interior design or fit-out projects, with a focus on large-scale commercial or residential projects + Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, or similar design software + Strong project management skills with experience in budget management and team leadership + Excellent communication and presentation skills + Knowledge of local building codes and regulations in Qatar + Familiarity with sustainable design practices + Professional certification in Project Management (e.g., PMP) preferred + Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment + Demonstrated problem-solving skills and attention to detail + Fluency in English; knowledge of Arabic is a plus **Additional Information** **About AECOM** AECOM is proud to offer comprehensive benefits to meet the diverse needs of our employees.
