You will be responsible for overseeing the technical design aspects of wet Utilities management systems for large-scale infrastructure projects. **What You'll Be Doing:** + Working closely with the PM team to help define scope and strategy + Developing proposals for the delivery of technical wet infrastructure solutions + Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring clear communication and project alignment. + Foster a collaborative and supportive environment for junior engineers and team members, providing guidance, mentorship, and training. + Encourage continuous improvement and knowledge sharing across the team **What Required Skills You'll Bring:** + A degree in Civil Engineering, Environmental Engineering, or a related discipline with 10 years plus of experience working on stormwater and wet infrastructure projects. + An ability to work in a collaborative team + An ability to articulate proposed solutions and present these at a senior level when required + Previous experience of working in a technical capacity on wet infrastructure programs and projects **What Desired Skills You'll Bring:** + Exceptional communication skills with the ability to present technical information to senior clients and stakeholders clearly and effectively. + Ability to work within a multidisciplinary team, demonstrating excellent collaboration and interpersonal skills. + Strong problem-solving skills with a solutions-oriented mindset.
