Job Description The Design Manager will oversee and manage pricing strategies to ensure optimal margins, implement and maintain performance management processes to ensure team discipline and productivity, and coordinate and manage fielding work to ensure project success. The team will initially consist of 10-15 designers, with potential growth to 20 designers within 5 years. Annual compensation ranges from $100-120k depending on experience.
