**Description** **What You’ll Do:** + Applies technical knowledge to designs and ensures projects meet specifications + Communicates challenges about scope, cost, schedule and quality + Works with Designers and Drafters to complete design packages + Gains an understanding of CAD programs and the software analysis tools utilized in engineering design + Supports the preparation of simple to moderately complex designs or small portions of larger projects, including calculations and drawings + Leads the development of their discipline's design on simple projects, and supports complex projects, including simple to moderately difficult technical analyses + Interacts with clients on a limited basis + Understands and applies appropriate industry codes, standards, and regulations + Conducts communications in a professional and clear manner; communications are timely and in an appropriate format for the topic. + Identifies information to be communicated to the client and project stakeholders through team leads and project managers. + Self-checks work assignments prior to submitting for review, completes work with minimal errors. Participates in peer reviews and QC reviews. + Performs all other duties as assigned. **Required Qualifications:** + Bachelors Degree in engineering at ABET accredited university + 2-5 years of electrical distribution design experience + Design Review Experience + Client Facing Experience / construction support. + Team leadership **Not quite right for you?
