Job Description
As a Design Engineer, you will be responsible for designing molds from start to finish, collaborating with two other designers. Your role will involve creating basic and detailed part prints and designs for customers across various industries. Occasionally, you may also design fixtures, though this will be infrequent.

The company specializes in molded plastic prototyping services, offering rapid prototyping, injection molding, aluminum tooling, CNC machining, 3D printing, design assistance, and finishing services. They serve a variety of industries, including aerospace, automotive, defense, industrial, and medical sectors. The work schedule is 1st shift, Monday to Friday, from 6am to 4pm. This position offers a great opportunity to work with a growing organization, providing exposure to multiple areas such as injection molding, tooling design, and prototyping. Employees receive 5 days of PTO and 6 standard holidays.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Centreville, Michigan.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $32.00 - $37.00/hr.
