**Role purpose**
Establishing the product description via model, drawing, boundary diagram, FMEA and CAE verification.
**Key responsibilities**
1. Engineering Solutions DesignImplement feasibility testing of proposed engineering solutions, under supervision, to provide feedback and contribute to validation of the design.
2. Knowledge Management SystemHelp others get the most out of knowledge management systems by offering support and advice.
3. Product and Solution DevelopmentSupport others by carrying out a range of product development and engineering activities, such as analyzing client situations or interpreting data.

Develop and maintain an understanding of relevant technology, external regulation, and industry best practices through ongoing education, attending conferences, and reading specialist media.

**Qualifications**
+ Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience in Mechanical o Mechatronics Engineering.
+ Master Degree desirable
+ 3 years minimum on Engineering Design or related areas in automotive industry.
+ English intermediate-advanced.
+ Strong knowledge and experience in various CAD softwares. Minimum experience in two of the following CAD systems: Creo 2.0 or higher, CATIA, NX.
+ Solid knowledge and experience in CAE and FEA software tool.
+ Solid knowledge of GD&T and detailing drawings.
+ Strong knowledge and experience in manipulating 3D models.

+ Strong communication and interpersonal skills. The role requires interactions with various internal functional teams that may be located in different countries and sites.
+ Solid organizational skills – Must be able to multi-task between projects, Effective use of time management. Ability to document processes and work instructions.
