Design and development of machine systems regarding products within the division Counterbalanced
Container Handling ( CB ) based on customer needs, legislation and internal requirements and according to
business strategies
Main Roles and Responsibilities
+ Lead assigned design tasks and engineering work from Chief Engineers. Create and release design of 3D models/Drawings/BOM.
+ Work in the global engineering platform, in consultation with Chief Engineers, R&D managers and PSE (Principal Systems Engineers) coordinate components and systems design between products.
+ Develop & design new features and offerings meeting customer demands, product safety, legislations requirements and internal demands for products.
+ Lead engineering solution for the issues happening on the product line, market and service, follow up solutions’ implementation and make sure solutions are valid.
+ Lead engineering solutions for component cost reduction and re-sourcing.
+ New products development and innovation
What You Need to Succeed
+ Education
+ Bachelor Engineering Degree or above, major in mechanical engineering, vehicle, manufacturing, or similar.
+ Experience
+ More than 5 years working experience in R&D of off-load mobile equipment or heavy-duty
equipment.
+ Good knowledge in mechanics and hydraulics including vehicle components, mechanics, material.
+ Competencies
+ Positive attitude. Aggressive, willing to learn new knowledge.
+ Focus on customer needs, Business and market mindset
+ Proficient in CATIA or at least one of the design tools.
+ Fluent in English both in speaking and writing.
+ Familiar with strength calculation of metal parts.
+ Good communication ability and coordination skills, can analysis and solve the relevant issue accurately and timely
+ Integrity, strong sense of responsibilities, hard-working and teamwork
