Job Responsibilities

Responsibilities for this position include, but are not limited to, the following. 

Design and implement customer specific adaptations. Participate actively in new product development (NPD) projects. Prepare specifications, analysis, and recommendations for current and new products. Participate actively in quality improvement activities Leading Control Change projects for product changes as required. Coordinate activities as needed it for support areas as Sample Shop, Packaging, Laboratory, etc.   Background & Skills

The ideal candidate possesses these skills. 

Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or advanced course work in areas relevant to product development is required. 2-4 years of experience in the design of mechanical products and components. Experience with HVAC products will be an advantage. Experience with 3D CAD (knowledge of Autodesk Inventor will be an advantage) Ability to work effectively in a high quality, deadline committed environment. Great interpersonal skills and an enthusiastic team player. Global mindset and outstanding communication skills.
