The right candidate will be responsible forincreasing revenue by upgrading and selling options to our homebuyers by performing the following duties. *Essential Duties and Responsibilities* * Schedule appointments and meet with buyers after contract signing to assist them in choosing selections for home * Meet with vendors and suppliers regarding new upgrades and options to sell to customers * Selection and design of field models and model homes * Complete appointments with appropriate customer follow-up * Explain, demonstrate and calculate pricing for buyer's consideration on upgrade optional items. Achieve maximum upgrade selection by buyer within parameters of the buyer's financial capacity * Generate accurate paperwork on all selections * MaintainDesignCenterappearance *Education and/or Experience* * Associate's degree (A. A.) or equivalent from two-year college or technical school; or one to three years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. * Must have a vehicle, a valid driver's license, and be willing to travel.
