We are seeking a talented individual to join our Business Analysis team at Marsh McLennan. This role will be based in a hybrid environment, requiring at least three days a week in the office. As a Senior Analyst, you will be responsible for analyzing business requirements and translating them into integration specifications and solutions, particularly for mobile applications.

Analyze business requirements and translate them into clear, actionable technical specifications for integration solutions.Integrate services and functionalities into mobile applications, ensuring seamless performance and reliability.Conduct thorough testing of integration solutions to guarantee functionality, performance, and reliability.Provide ongoing support for applications, ensuring their continuous operation and documenting integration processes, including data mappings and technical specifications.Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in integration technologies and methodologies.Mentor and guide junior analysts, fostering a collaborative team environment.What you need to have:
Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.A minimum of 3 years of experience working with APIs.Proficiency in Bostiman, Node.js, JavaScript, and advanced Excel; intermediate to advanced English skills.What makes you stand out:
