Deputy Site Coordinator

Job Description

A new opportunity has arisen for a skilled Deputy Site Coordinator like you, to oversee and bring expertise to our team.

Key Accountabilities:

QHSE + Integrity & Compliance: Ensure all activities are in accordance to Company & Corporate Policies, Code of Conduct, ISO standards, Quality

Management System, Compliance and HSE. Continuous improvement of processes and procedures. Support of internal and external audit.

Lead the Service and Support Team in developing pipeline service and managing overall revenue in the mining market.

Foster and enhance customer relationships through participation in Leader and Management Teams, contributing to tenders and long-term contracts.

Collaborate with Account Manager, and Head of Departments to grow and maintain business, providing close customer support.

Oversee opportunity budgets and business cases prepared by Account Manager and Sales Operation.

Ensure and alert that the working area is in safe and tidy condition, as per the required standard.

To assess, monitor and ensure that adequate manpower is always available to support customers.

Ensure that duties such as dismantle, inspection, repair, and assembly of MTU engines are carried out as per the correct procedures according to MTU manufacturing standard

To ensure tools/equipment is maintained and safe as well as special and common tools.

Supervise all technicians in carry out their daily activities in customer the workshop/field.

To ensure that all the job is running as scheduled and delivered on time.

To review and set up training need for analysis program for RRS INDONESIA personnel on site with emphasis on knowledge transfers from Expatriate (Advisors) to Service Engineers and Technicians if any.

To diagnose and recognize the engine problem/trouble, electrical and mechanical and to take a follow up action correctly

To fully perform duties with his accountability to meet the customer need as well as the standard policy and procedures of PT RRS Indonesia.

To maintain good communication and relationships with KPC and other customers to achieve high level of customer satisfactions.

To ensure that all reports including technical reports are prepared and submitted in timely basis to Jakarta and Balikpapan office.

Any other related tasks as required and directed by superior.

To carry out their duties and responsibilities as supervisory in

accordance mining safety, regulations, policies, and legislation management of OHS and environments.

To liaise with RRS Indonesia Jakarta and Balikpapan O􀆯ice for product support, logistics, accounting, and HR & Administration matters.

Requirements:

Degree /Diploma in Engineering with more than 8 years relevant working experience managing site o􀆯ice operation in after sales support of diesel engines or heavy equipment.

Excellent skills in leadership, communication, negotiation, and presentation

Has good knowledge and experience in MTU and Detroit Diesel engines and parts is an advantage

Must be customer focused/oriented

Proficient in written and spoken English

High integrity and good work ethics, strong drive, and initiative to work under pressure and a team player
