Deputy Program Manager
Job Description Insight Global is looking for a Deputy Program Manager to join the team of one of our energy efficiency clients in their NYC office. This role supports the planning and execution of energy efficiency programs their multifamily portfolio. It involves working with program managers to set goals and budgets, coordinating with teams and stakeholders, analyzing energy data, and preparing reports to track performance. The position also includes researching industry trends, ensuring regulatory compliance, developing KPIs, and identifying opportunities for program improvement. Additionally, the role involves managing staff, supporting hiring and training, and representing the organization at events and meetings. Skills and Requirements Bachelors degree in environmental science, engineering, business, or a related field (Masters preferred). At least 5 years of experience in energy efficiency, sustainability, or a similar area. Strong experience managing projects and running programs. Comfortable working with data to support decisions and improve results. Clear and effective communicator, both in writing and speaking. Skilled at working with different teams and building strong relationships. Proficient in Microsoft Office, data tools, and project management software. Familiar with energy efficiency rules and standards at all government levels.
