Key Responsibilities: + Shop Floor Coordination + Oversee and manage shop floor activities, ensuring effective collaboration across critical departments such as Quality, Planning, MAM, MSAT, DPD and EHS + Improve Project Managements + Identify and manage improvement projects, providing operational oversight within the BU Parenterals and across various departments to drive excellence in production processes. + Non-Conformance Management + Take charge of handling non-conformances by leading thorough investigations and developing effective Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPAs) to prevent recurrence + Subject Matter Expertise: + Act as the SME for internal and external partners, offering professional guidance and support to supervisors to foster collaboration and knowledge sharing + Operational and Administrative Coordination + Collaborate closely with Parenterals Production Support and NPI department to ensure seamless operational and administrative activities + Team Supervision and Development + Mentor and supervise Trainees and Manufacturing Specialists, nurturing their professional growth and development. + Employee Training + Deliver training sessions focused on process optimizations and product launches, empowering team members with valuable skills and knowledge. **Qualifications** Education: Degree in Chemistry, Biochemical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Pharmacy or a related field with at least 4 years of experience OR a PhD in Chemistry, Biochemical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Pharmacy or a related field with up to 3 years of experience is required.
