Job Description
What You Can Look Forward to As Project Manager:
• Manage and coordinate projects, leading the core team within a matrix organization. Develop and maintain Project WBS, Detailed Project Schedule, and manage Customer Interface.
• Oversee Project Risk, Opportunity and Improvement Management, Project Launch, and Contractual Obligations.
• Allocate and monitor project budget, ensuring profitability and managing the Business Case. Lead multi-functional teams using the GDPEP product launch process.
• Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders, including senior management. Act as the main interface for all project aspects with internal and external stakeholders.
• Conduct project meetings, management gate reviews, and ensure compliance with standards.
• Analyze risks and implement mitigation plans.
• Define project plans, including milestone planning, risk management, and KPIs. Secure and negotiate team resources, providing performance feedback and development needs.
Your Profile as Project Manager:
• Preferably bachelor’s degree in engineering or any graduate with relevant experience.
• Minimum of 5+ years of Project Management experience in an automotive environment.
• Strong understanding of Project Management and Technical aspects with business acumen.
• Knowledge of market trends and competitor actions.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and team-working skills.
• Preferably knowledge of ZF Products.
