Strategic Program Execution
Drive and track execution of high-priority initiatives across sales, service delivery, and engineering.
Work with Heads of Departments and Business Leadership to monitor progress, flag roadblocks, and ensure timely execution.
Partnership Development & Evaluation
Identify and evaluate potential partners (OEMs, MDR providers, GRC platforms, etc.).
Support initial discussions, capability mapping, and strategic fit assessment.
Draft term sheets, partnership models, and internal approval notes (NFAs).
Market Intelligence & Research
Conduct competitive landscape analysis, benchmark capabilities, and track developments in global OT/IT cybersecurity.
Support business cases for expanding into new regions, service lines, or delivery models.
Go-to-Market Support
Coordinate with Sales, Marketing, and Service Heads on solution packaging and collateral (brochures, capability decks, service line presentations).
Track GTM motions, including joint offerings with partners and pre-sales enablement.
Thought Leadership Support
Draft blogs, articles, or talking points for senior leaders.
Contribute to external-facing communications such as industry whitepapers, webinars, and panel briefings.
Internal Program Coordination
Align and facilitate meetings, trackers, and documents for cross-functional projects.
Work with finance and delivery to evaluate project viability, commercial models, and resource planning.
Skills:

B.Tech / BE in Computer Science or related field Courses or certifications in cybersecurity, strategy, or program management a plus.Experience:
2–4 years of experience in cybersecurity, tech strategy, or consulting domains. Experience in cross-functional coordination, business planning, or tech partnerships. Experience supporting a founder/CEO or strategy head in early-stage/growth-stage environments. Familiarity with cybersecurity domain.
