Hands on working experience in Planning and RCM through digitized platform like CMMS/ SAP-PM, KNEAT-Paperless Validation + Experience from any chemical or API manufacturing industry **Accountabilities** + As Site RCM lead shall ensure effective planning, Maintenance of the Equipment, Facility & Utility + Lead troubleshooting and optimization of maintenance program + Span of control + Budget: Spares Management, Services, AMC, Asset Life cycle review and Capex proposal, Obsolescence Management for Equipment, Facility, Utility + Resources: 1- 10 resources (Planner, Maint. Executive, Maint.
