Salary: £34,000 - £36,000 per annum + £60 per sleep
Shift Pattern - 2 on 4 off
Home: Solo Placement Home for EBD

Hours: Shift pattern is 2 days on, 4 days off, with sleep in's. Rotas given in advance.

Essential requirements for a Deputy Manager:

A minimum 12 months experience in a children's residential care homeLevel 3 Diploma in Residential Childcare A full driving licence issued in the UKApplicants must have full right to work in the UK with no restrictionsIn depth knowledge of Ofsted regulations, expectations and best practice Values in line with the organisation, such as taking a therapeutic, person-centred approach to childcareDue to industry regulations, applicants must be aged 21 or above
