**The Role:** **Deputy Manager-AW Sales**
**Part 1 Position Description:**
**Brief Description** :
Looking for minimum 5-6 years experienced candidate with knowledge of pumps for Industrial, OEMs and commercial building services segment in the South Gujarat region(starting from Anand to Vapi). Position is based at Vadodara - responsible for sales, marketing and new business development for centrifugal pumps and pumping system in South Gujarat region. Appointing and handling channel partners, sales forecasting, budgeting, achieving sales targets, payment collection, organizing seminars and exhibitions.
**Complete Job Description** :
•To prepare Business Plan and Sales Forecast to achieve monthly/quarterly/yearly set targets.
•To prepare and submit reports and give market feedback.
•Planned Sales visits to Consultants/OEMs/Industrial End Users/Builders and Developers/ Architects for generation of enquiries, promoting & creating brand awareness in the area of operation.
•Educate customers on latest developments, to participate, co-ordinate & follow-up periodically for enquiry generations.
•Preparation of Quotes against specific enquiries for Pumps and submission of techno-commercial offers.
•Attend techno-commercial negotiation meetings for finalization of orders and execution of orders thereafter.
•Identify and Develop New markets for existing product range.
•Identify and Develop new customers and channel partners and providing training.
•Preparation of offers against tenders and their documentation along with negotiation of technical and commercial terms and conditions and finalization of the deals.
•Arranging Exhibitions, Presentations & In house Seminars to Industrial End Users, Architects, Builders, Contractors, Consultants, OEMs, Major Decision Makers
•To look after the vendor registration & approval process with various industries, end customers & consultants.
•Submission of Proforma Invoice, Reviewing of commercial documents, document submission to bankers, payment follow-ups and collection to complete the sales process.
•Develop service partners to provide after sales support.
**Part 2 Describe the Person**
**Minimum professional and educational background desired (include years of experience):**
+ **Diploma/BE / BTECH Mechanical Engineer.**
