Position Title - NPI Assembly Engineer

Experience – 3-5 years

Qualification – B.E/ B.Tech (Electrical / Mechanical)

Work location – Ahmednagar, Maharashtra

Key Responsibilities\:

·  Assembly engineering in Control Gear & SDF Area.

·  Industrialization of New Product Development which includes MO0DC, MO1 DC, SDF & New MCB Area.

·  Line Establishment of New Products, Yield Improvement, Problem Resolution on line, Cost Analysis.

·  Support to production lines for smooth production completion.

·  System compliance & documentation like SOP, SAP activities, PL, BOM, Cost analysis & Control, etc.

Functional Competencies\:

·  Technical competency in Industrialization of New products.

·  Good process knowledge in Assembly area like joining processes, welding processes, POKAYOKE, Testing of products, SPC, PFC, PFMEA, DFA, fixture design, MOST, Line Integration, etc.
