Primary Responsibilities:
Design marketing materials. Create graphics for Marketing event materials, social media, websites, and Internal communications advertisements that align with brand identityDesign business presentations. Create business presentations, case studies and documents with brand alignmentCollaborate with team members. Work closely with copywriters, creative directors, and marketing teams to ensure cohesive visual conceptsUtilize graphic design software. Develop designs using tools like Photoshop, InDesign, Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe Creative SuiteIncorporate typography and color theory. Use fonts, design principles, and color schemes to enhance the appeal of marketing materialsMaintain brand guidelines. Ensure consistency across all visual designs to build a solid brand identityDevelop visual concepts. Brainstorm and execute ideas that align with the company's goals and target audienceMeet deadlines. Manage time effectively to deliver high-quality designs on scheduleStay updated on design trends. Research industry trends to integrate modern and innovative styles into projectsComply with the terms and conditions of the employment contract, company policies and procedures, and any and all directives (such as, but not limited to, transfer and/or re-assignment to different work locations, change in teams and/or work shifts, policies in regards to flexibility of work benefits and/or work environment, alternative work arrangements, and other decisions that may arise due to the changing business environment). Bachelor's degree in graphic design, fine arts, or a related field3+ years of working experience through a solid portfolio with high-quality designsKnowledge of design trends. Awareness of industry trends and the ability to integrate them into projects.Technical proficiency. Skilled in design software, including Photoshop, InDesign, Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe Creative SuiteGraphic design skills. Proficiency in typography (knowledge of font size and style to enhance the readability of text and images), color theory, and design principles to create impactful visualsCommunication skills. Proven ability to clearly articulate ideas and collaborate with stakeholders and team membersTime management skills. Proven ability to efficiently manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environmentAdaptability. Proven flexibility to adjust designs based on feedback and evolving project requirements.Problem-solving skills. Proven creative ability to overcome design challenges and deliver effective solutions.
