Deputy Manager – Direct Markets Pricing
Lead the development of Annual sales objective (ASO) in Distributor markets and also lead pricing papers based on various pricing events closely working with Brand Marketing, Sales and Other Finance Teams.
MBA(Fin) / CMA/ CA / Engineering Degree Minimum 8-10 years of working experience. Knowledge of Finance processes; Forecasts, Budget and Business Plans; Pricing; Vehicle Product Marketing knowledge Knowledge of various IT systems & processes involved with market Solid business acumen, coupled with a drive for results. A sound analytical base is essential Very strong communication to work effectively with other markets Flexible work schedule to support the various time zones involvedLead the development of Annual sales objective (ASO) in Distributor markets and also lead pricing papers based on various pricing events closely working with Brand Marketing, Sales and Other Finance Teams.
Track, evaluate and reconcile based on start point and agreed ASO prices and provide Revenue walk explanations required during ASO. Develop Current Model Pricing proposals based on ongoing Model Year changes and product/pricing realignment proposals to maximize overall profitability. Complete financials including comparison with Forecast, Milestone & JL Comparison, as necessary Coordinate alignment with stakeholders & present the pricing paper approval and support price implementation Develop Market equation and Revenue walk for Forward model pricing inputs to PD Finance for the various Program Milestones by aligning the strategy with Marketing Support Forecast and Business plan Revenue Inputs and provide ITI, YoY variance explanations for management reviews Support Business case studies for a new vehicle / trim
