Job Description Responsible for performing monthly Actuals for VGSIL entity.
• Responsible for Budgeting and forecasting activities for IN scope activities and liaise with the respective stakeholders for the Out-of-scope activities.
• Detailed analysis in the areas of HC, Opex, Efficiency, and Recoveries for in scope activities, and understanding of the out-of-scope activities.
• Align on the Reporting of VGSIL for Statutory, Management and the Partnership Accounts
• Responsible for the entity Recoveries, EBITDA and Cash Flow
• Preparation of projected financial statements (Balance Sheet/Cash Flow)
• Consolidation of Budgets, Forecasts (Q1RF, Q2RF and 9+15) and long-Range Planning (LRP) for the centre
Understand the Organization strategy and provide guidance to the Finance Business partners during the budgeting and forecasting exercises.
Ensure that the central FP&A guidance is communicated to the broader local teams and plans are aligned with the organizational strategy.
Ensure the adequate support is available through the financial tool – Anaplan
Ensure the submissions are complete on time with detailed analysis available through the various walks that are part of the submissions, and Demand & Efficiency submissions are complete and aligned with the guidance provided
Drive improvements in productivity & Best practices
Customer focused identifying, Understanding and Exceeding customer expectations.
Constantly to update the service offering to reflect changes in the business’ needs.
Search out new ideas, and develop tools and management information to support new services for their internal customers
Build effective relationship with cross functional teams like GFBPs, Anaplan COE, Controlling teams, HR business partners and have regular communication channels.

Finance professional with 10-12 years of experience
Strong stakeholder management experience
Experience of improving effectiveness and efficiencies
Experience of managing internal and external leadership expectations in a global environment to ensure delivery meets all stakeholder expectations
Continuous engagement with the stakeholder to understand requirements.
Should be able to explain the requirements of the planning process to the Finance Business partners to ensure a seamless planning process
