Job Title: Depot Administrative Assistant
Location: Scorrier, Redruth
Pay Rate: £13.58 per hour
Contract Type: Temporary - Ongoing
Hours: 3 days per week (Monday, Tuesday, Thursday), 8:30am - 4:30pm
About the Role:
We're currently recruiting for a dependable and highly organised Depot Administrative Assistant to support a busy operational team in Scorrier. This role is vital to ensuring day-to-day operations run smoothly, with a strong focus on data entry and communication with field engineers. You'll play a key part in maintaining compliance records for up to 60 engineers and supporting the depot with critical administrative functions.
Key Responsibilities:Accurate and timely data entry related to compliance and field operationsLiaise directly with engineers to coordinate and track compliance requirementsMonitor workflow and ensure records and systems are kept up to dateCommunicate effectively across the depot team to support operational continuityProvide general administrative support as needed to keep the business running efficiently
What We're Looking For:Strong attention to detail and confident data entry skills (essential).Excellent organisation and time management abilities.Clear and professional communicator, particularly with field-based staff.Ability to handle a fast-paced, reactive workload.A proactive attitude and willingness to learn - full training provided.
Additional Information:Temporary ongoing position with potential for full-time work.Immediate start available.Friendly and supportive depot environment.
