As a Depositary Investment Compliance Manager, you will have an in-depth understanding of the depositary business and broader funds industry. You will be expected to lead a dynamic team, ensure investment compliance and manage oversight controls, contributing to the overall strength and integrity of the depositary oversight framework.

We’re looking for a Depositary Investment Compliance Manager to:

• Assist the team in monitoring and control measures related to the Compliance of the Fund’s instructions/investment decisions.
• Perform regular reviews on investment limits, asset eligibility, leverage etc.
• Coordinate with internal and external parties to resolve queries and escalate potential issues.
• Demonstrate comprehensive knowledge around Investment Compliance applicable to UCITS, alternative UCIs, SIF and other relevant European regulatory frameworks.
• Oversee compliance with ESG restrictions.
• Manage regulatory escalation processes.
• Demonstrate leadership and actively contribute to the enhancement of processes, methodologies, and technological solutions
• Provide guidance and mentorship to team members, fostering professional growth
