About This Job

Review, analyze, and interpret loan documents and correspondence to ensure system accuracy and compliance with regulatory requirements. Update accounts and follow up on missing information. Research and resolve clients’ deposit-related and loan-related questions and problems.

Schedule:

6am-2:30pm Monday – Friday Rotating Saturdays as OT

What you will be doing

Review and update customer account documentation (e.g., address, phone, ID, name changes).

Investigate and resolve cases in the Case Management Application.

Process account closures and fee dispute cases per client requests.

Manage opt-out forms and checkbook orders.

Open and route cases received via email to the appropriate department.

Provide cross-functional support within the department.

Issue reference letters as requested by customers or officers.

Prepare FTM entries and update W-8 forms in compliance with IRS regulations.

Upload new account documentation and related files to the Image Center.

Assist the supervisor with special projects and perform other duties as assigned.

Educational Requirements

High school diploma required; college coursework preferred.

What you bring

1–3 years of experience in CIS maintenance or a related field.

Knowledge of banking regulations and documentation standards.

Bilingual in English and Spanish (required).

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.

Ability to work independently and collaboratively across departments.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office and case management systems.
