Summary: Product Inventory & Network Management Deployment Planner is responsible for planning and executing the strategic deployment of products across the network to ensure optimal inventory health, availability, and efficient management. This is a cross-functional role that focuses on balancing stock levels, minimizing overstock or stockouts, and supporting seamless product flow across fulfillment centers and consignment locations. The ideal candidate is analytical, adept at inventory forecasting, and skilled in coordinating logistics within a complex network.

Develop and manage product deployment plans to ensure balanced inventory levels across the network, aligning with demand forecasts and sales goals.
Analyze inventory data, including stock levels, turnover rates, and demand patterns, to optimize product placement and replenishment schedules.
Coordinate with supply chain, procurement, and warehouse teams to ensure timely and cost-effective product distribution to network locations.
Monitor inventory health metrics (e.g., stock-to-sales ratios, inventory turnover rate, aging inventory) and implement strategies to reduce excess inventory and prevent shortages.
Utilize inventory management systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or WMS) to track product movement and maintain accurate stock records.
Collaborate with demand planners and sales teams to align deployment plans with sell-through performance, promotional activities, seasonal trends, and market demands.
Identify and resolve bottlenecks or disruptions in the product deployment process, including transportation delays or supply chain constraints.
Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, quality standards, and company policies during product deployment.
Generate advance data reports and dashboards to provide visibility into inventory performance, deployment efficiency, and network health for leadership.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance deployment processes, reduce costs, and improve inventory turnover.
Let’s talk about Qualifications and Experience
Required:
Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Analytics, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
3+ years of experience in inventory management, supply chain planning, or product deployment.
Proficiency in inventory management software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Manhattan Associates) and data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, Tableau, or Power BI).
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and make data-driven decisions.
Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills, with a focus on optimizing processes under tight deadlines.
Effective communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams, including logistics, sales, and procurement.
Knowledge of supply chain logistics, demand forecasting, and inventory control principles.
Experience with network optimization or distribution planning is a plus.
Certification in inventory management (e.g., CPIM, CSCP) or lean methodologies is preferred.
