The Opportunity
As a Deployment Lead for Global Customer Support, you will be accountable for creating a comprehensive deployment plan and leading its successful execution in the different service organizations. You will collaborate with all project teams and countries building strong cross-functional alliances with local and regional stakeholders, translating abstract goals into concrete country deployment plans and KPIs, and driving change.
In this role, you will be:
Collaborating with local deployment leads to ensure alignment, consistency, and effective communication between global and regional teams
Developing and managing detailed deployment plans, timelines, and budgets, integrating them seamlessly into the overall project framework
Monitoring deployment progress, identifying risks, and making timely adjustments to ensure successful and cost-effective execution
Designing comprehensive deployment strategies tailored to regional needs while aligning with global company objectives
Supporting local teams by providing guidance, resources, and training necessary for effective deployment execution
Documenting deployment processes, milestones, and outcomes to maintain transparency and ensure knowledge sharing
Driving continuous improvement by identifying process enhancements and promoting best practices across deployment activities
Who You Are
University education in Business, Project Management, or a related field; MBA or other advanced degree is an advantage. Certification is an advantage (e.g. IPMA, PMI, PRINCE2, agile methodologies)
Proven experience in global project management and deployment, preferably within a multinational and matrix organization
Knowledge of project planning, deployment execution, and change management principles and practices
Excellent communication, influencing, and negotiation skills; able to build lasting relationships across departments
Proficiency in project management tools and software, with the ability to manage complex plans and budgets
Demonstrates strong leadership, decision-making, and cross-functional team coordination in dynamic environments
Mandatory fluency in English (spoken and written); thrives in fast-changing international matrix setups with a structured, goal-oriented, team-spirited approach
