Job Description

HII Mission Technologies is a leading provider of mission-critical solutions to the U.S. Department of Defense. We’re looking for a detail-oriented, Deployment & Force Management Analyst to join our team at Shaw AFB, SC. You’ll play a pivotal role in ensuring taskings, manpower allocations, and contingency requirements flow smoothly through JOPES/DCAPES, FRED, JCRM and GFMAP—directly supporting warfighter readiness across the AOR.

** This is an on-site position requiring active TS/SCI clearance. 

** This is a TEMPORARY position, not to exceed six (6) months ** (this position has the potential for permanent full-time employment, TBD based on performance and billet availability)

Essential Job Responsibilities Advise Directorate Functional Area Managers (FAMs) on planning, requirements development, and database management  Capture, validate and load force requirements into JOPES/DCAPES via FRED and JCRM   Coordinate personnel movements and support Individual Augmentee (IA) and Joint Expeditionary Team (JET) programs   Liaise with AFPC, HAF, ACC and MAJCOMs to maintain and update the Global Force Management Allocation Plan (GFMAP)  Process Authorized Change Requests (ACR) and Change Requests (CR), tracking status and providing analysis   Build and monitor contingency requirements in JOPES/DCAPES aligned with current operations Minimum Qualifications

0 years experience with Bachelors in related field; or High School Diploma or equivalent and 4 years relevant experience.

1+ year using Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook)   3+ years operating at Component Command or NAF level (or higher) procedures   3+ years hands-on experience with JCRM, JOPES and DCAPES   2+ years supporting the Global Force Management (GFM) process   Active TS/SCI security clearance required

Preferred Requirements Familiarity with Force Requirements Enhanced Database (FRED) workflows   Experience generating data analytics or dashboards in Excel, Power BI or Tableau   Working knowledge of DoD manpower programming and Joint Staff processes   Strong written and verbal briefing skills—comfortable presenting to senior leaders   Project management certification (e.g., CAPM, PMP) or interest in pursuing one   Prior exposure to contingency planning or joint exercise support   Physical Requirements May require working in an office, industrial, shipboard, or laboratory environment. Capable of climbing ladders and tolerating confined spaces and extreme temperature variances.
