What You Will Be Doing
Join the F-35 Program team and play a critical role in supporting field operations for one of the world’s most advanced fighter aircraft. We are seeking a Level 4 Deployment Field Service Representative (FSR) to serve as a key liaison between supply operations and our customer at the operational level.
In this role, you will support post-installation and shipboard operations, delivering technical consultation and supply chain support in dynamic deployment environments. Your expertise will directly impact mission readiness and overall system performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the on-site Supply Field Service Representative, supporting F-35 operations during deployments and post-installation activities.
- Deliver in-depth technical product information and solutions to customers in both routine and urgent operational scenarios.
- Provide technical consulting on logistics systems, inventory management, and software tools supporting supply chain operations.
- Act as a primary point of contact between Lockheed Martin and shipboard/operational stakeholders.
- Interpret and communicate technical data, procedures, and updates to ensure supply-related tasks are performed accurately and efficiently.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support mission readiness, troubleshoot supply-related challenges, and implement corrective actions.

You are a highly experienced logistics or field support professional with strong communication skills and the ability to operate effectively in complex, fast-paced environments. ***THIS POSITION WILL DEPLOY as the F-35B/C problems. Supply Liaison (deployment duration can vary from 2- 7 months)***
Basic Qualifications:
· Technical project management experience with multiple deadlines and customer requirements.
· Technical experience with Packaging, Handling, Storage & Transportation (PHS&T) processes and concepts in an international environment to include ITAR restrictions, licensing requirements (i.e. handling of "Dirty Cargo, i.e. classified, hazardous, etc." customs, 3rd Party Logistics (3PL) Management, and freight forwarding operations).
· Experience communicating with internal and external program management.
· Experience with warehouse management, flow, processes, and/or design.
· Experience with military aviation supply, distribution, and/or maintenance practices.
Desired Skills:
· Holds a Bachelors degree in a related field, or equivalent experience/combined education
· MICAP or PBL experience
· Knowledge of the following management systems: SAP, Automated Logistics Information System (ALIS), etc.
· Prior Deployment planning and execution
experience.
· Comprehensive knowledge of the aviation logistical support and maintenance concept.
· Knowledge of Navy and Marine Corps deployed aviation logistics, applicable transportation requirements, beach detachment CONOPS, and deployed cargo routing practices.
· Be well versed in Navy processes, procedures and protocols for replenishments, critical stock and aircraft readiness requirements while out to sea.
· Familiar with Navy and Marine Corps Amphibious support operations, pre-deployment milestones, and Marine Expeditionary Unit (MEU) Aviation Combat Element (ACE) operations.
· Strong familiarity with the Navy Aviation
Maintenance Program.
· Advanced Microsoft Office products (Word,
PowerPoint, and Excel).

Pay Rate: The annual base salary range for this position in California and New York (excluding most major metropolitan areas), Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, New Jersey, Vermont, Washington or Washington DC is $99,700 - $175,835. For states not referenced above, the salary range for this position will reflect the candidate’s final work location. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only. Lockheed Martin considers factors such as (but not limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate's work experience, education/ training, key skills as well as market and business considerations when extending an offer. Benefits offered: Medical, Dental, Vision, Life Insurance, Short-Term Disability, Long-Term Disability, 401(k) match, Flexible Spending Accounts, EAP, Education Assistance, Parental Leave, Paid time off, and Holidays. (Washington state applicants only) Non-represented full-time employees: accrue at least 10 hours per month of Paid Time Off (PTO) to be used for incidental absences and other reasons; receive at least 90 hours for holidays. Represented full time employees accrue 6.67 hours of Vacation per month; accrue up to 52 hours of sick leave annually; receive at least 96 hours for holidays.
