\nWHAT YOU WILL DO
\nAs a Deployment Coordinator, you’ll be the key link between our customers, installer network, and internal teams.
\nYour responsibilities will include:
\n\nCoordinating and scheduling installations and service work across Australia and New Zealand.\nManaging escalated service requirements and ensuring timely resolution.\nSupporting customers with RMA repairs, work orders, and technical support.\nMaintaining clear, professional communication with all stakeholders.\nValidating completed installations and managing billing and vendor payments.\nEnsuring compliance with Health, Safety, Environment & Quality (HSEQ) standards.\nABOUT YOU
