In addition to the day to day operations of the unit, this position is responsible for establishing, reviewing and analyzing daily contact center call metrics to project trends, maintaining a considerable working knowledge of software/applications used in the work area to ensure connectivity and accessibility to customer service representatives in the contact center, responding to the most difficult procedural inquiries without forwarding the call to another tier, and providing work flow analysis – making recommendations to higher management regarding proposed work process improvements to ensure continued quality service and customer satisfaction.
