What You Will Do:
Performs administrative duties such as typing/computer, filing, photocopying, document preparation, phone directories, cash out, conferences and general correspondence.
Answers phones, takes messages. May field questions or issues, responding accordingly and/or directing to the appropriate resource/party, as necessary.
Orders and maintains various office and medical supplies, including forms as appropriate. Responsible for organizing and maintaining supply closet.
Sorts incoming mail and processes as appropriate, prepares any certified mail, assists with the preparation and processing of bulk outgoing mailings.
Prepares New Patient packets, Boot Camp binders and Circle of Excellence materials.
Minimum Requirements:
High School diploma or equivalent required.
Minimum of one (1) year work experience in a customer service environment.
