Colliers Engineering & Design is looking for a Land Development Department Manager who will perform duties in support of the direction and vision of the overall civil/site land development discipline in Maitland, FL. Oversee, direct, and manage the work effort of assigned staff. Oversee the professional development of the assigned staff.

Responsibilities
Reviews and manages operations to ensure the quality of the technical productsEstablishes effective long-range objectives, goals, and plans for assigned teamProvides technical and management leadership to the assigned teamDevelops marketing program in conjunction with discipline goalsAdvises and assists professionals in other groups when expert knowledge and expertise is requiredManages activities so an adequate profit is earned on all projectsReviews monthly productivity and man-hour utilization-rates, reports and makes adjustments as neededAssigns projects to staff and schedules workEvaluate Employee Performance in accordance with company policyOversees assigned staff development and advancement
Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering12+ years in related fieldProfessional licensure in area of expertise
