What You’ll Do: 

Providing oral prophylaxis – scaling, root planning, and polishing teeth to perfectionPerforming oral health assessments, identifying signs of periodontal disease or decayDelivering patient education on brushing, flossing, and maintaining optimal oral hygieneAssisting the dentist during restorative, surgical, and endodontic proceduresApplying fluoride treatments, topical anesthetics, and desensitizing agentsExposing and processing dental radiographs and reporting observations to the dentistFollowing strict infection control and sterilization protocolsMaintaining and preparing equipment, supplies, and patient recordsBeing friendly, professional, and a trusted face to every patient you treat

What We’re Looking For: 

Associate or bachelor’s degree in dental hygieneCurrent state dental hygiene licensePublic health permit preferredExcellent communication skills and a love for patient-centered careA positive attitude and the ability to thrive in a collaborative environment
