Dental CAD CAM Registration Specialist


Job Description:

The Dental CAD/CAM Registration Specialist is responsible for receiving NobelProcera Services orders submitted via IO scanning portals. The successful incumbent will be responsible for monitoring new incoming orders and a)submitting to the design time and/or manufacturing, or b) triaging any issues and resolving when possible or escalating to the correct next level. The Dental CAD/CAM Registration Specialist is responsible for the general oversight of incoming orders, working under the guidance of the Sr. Operations Manager.

Monitor queue of incoming NobelProcera Services orders submitted via IO scanning portalsSubmit all orders that have been received correctly from customerPerform first-level troubleshooting of orders received with an error and resolution/submission where possibleEscalate problems that cannot be resolved locally to the correct stakeholder within the company to coordinate next steps with the customerManage Customer Relationship Management (CRM) queueOther duties as assignedProduct lines will range from single unit to full arch

Job Requirements:

Critical Knowledge and Qualifications: (what the role holder must know; including any required general or professional qualifications/education)

High School diploma required; Associates or Bachelor’s degree preferredWorking knowledge of CAD design systems (for example: 3 Shape, DTX ), preferredUnderstanding of the dental restorative process preferredUnderstanding of digital dentistry requiredMust be able to work with some autonomy, under a moderate degree of supervision  Must be available to work on site

Critical Skills/technical know-how: (what the role holder must be able to do)

English proficiency (reading, writing, spoken)Intermediate to advanced Computer skills (MS Office); nimble learning with computer systemsAbility to clearly communicate issues and resolutions requiredMust be able to work in a cross-functional environment and collaborate with different functionsExperience with CRM systems, ideally Microsoft Dynamics, a plusExperience with SAP, a plus

Critical Experience:

Minimum 3 years of experience working in the dental industry in an administrative or technical role, or equivalent transferrable experience

Target Market Salary Range:

Actual compensation packages take into account a wide range of factors that are unique to each candidate, including but not limited to geographic location; skill sets; relevant education and certifications; depth of experience; performance; and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed reasonable estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled.  At Envista, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. The total compensation package for this position may also include an annual performance bonus, medical/dental/vision benefits, 401K match, and/or other applicable compensation plans.

$19.20 - $35.00 per hour
