As a QA Technician, you will be responsible for Outgoing Quality Inspection related activities. You will be assisting Engineers in managing QA related activities, quality inspection, maintenance, random audit, training at production lines. Also responsible to support Quality program/Audit/6S/ESD activities at the site as needs arise.

Responsibilities and Tasks

Perform Outgoing QA inspection based on established OSI/OBA procedures and AWS criteriaFamiliar with SMT & TEST processes and proceduresFamiliar with CTO and product label inspections processesUnderstand and know how to extract data for performance reportsReporting Quality defect/issue and drive closurePerform verification on closure actionEnsure document integrity, uniqueness, and compliance with internal and external proceduresAssisting OSI/OBA engineer in DPM/LAR metric monitoringResponsible for providing shift-level support and assist Quality InspectorsFollow safety procedures and area work rulesSupport engineer/manager request as when required
