Demo Content Engineering plays a pivotal role in transforming ideas into compelling visual narratives that bring Oracle's technology to life. As a Demo Content Engineer, you will design and produce highly impactful demonstrations that are foundational to Oracle’s sales strategy - effectively communicating our innovation, excellence, and vision to prospective customers.
Oracle’s Demonstration Services Group is seeking a talented and innovative Demo Content Engineer with deep expertise in Oracle Cloud Manufacturing Execution and Quality applications. You will be responsible for crafting realistic, engaging, and technically accurate demo scenarios in the form of Oracle Modern Best Practices that reflect Oracle’s complete capabilities across process manufacturing, contract manufacturing, outside processing, and project-based manufacturing.
As a key contributor to Oracle’s demo content development, you will work collaboratively with teams across product development, solution engineering, and sales to design compelling, technically accurate, and user-centric demonstration flows. Your work will directly impact how Oracle engages with its customers and showcases the capabilities of its cloud platform.

Knowledge and Skills Requirements
Hands-on experience, including implementation, with Oracle Cloud Manufacturing applications. Solid understanding of supply chain processes, especially as they relate to manufacturing and quality control. Solid understanding of supply chain processes and integration points with finance and revenue recognition. Strong grasp of user experience principles and demo storytelling best practices. Outstanding problem-solving and systematic troubleshooting skills. Demonstrated ability to manage multiple concurrent projects with effective planning and prioritization. Fluent in English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills capable of translating technical ideas into business value. Strong collaborative skills and experience working in virtual teams across global organizations.

Deep, hands-on experience with Oracle Cloud, specializing in Oracle Financials Cloud, Cloud Costing, Supply Chain Planning and their integration with manufacturing operations A lifelong learner driven by curiosity, actively experimenting with and applying emerging technologies to stay ahead in the evolving landscape of enterprise SaaS. Skilled at translating complex capabilities into memorable demonstrations, seamlessly aligning content with strategic business objectives and execution plans to resonate with diverse audiences. Proficient with modern collaboration platforms such as JIRA and Slack, fostering cross-functional teamwork and agile project delivery. Talented at weaving compelling narratives that vividly illustrate the impact of solutions - turning features into stories and stories into actionable insights that win stakeholder buy-in.
Education, Work Experience, and Professional Certifications
B.S. in Operations Management, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field 5+ years of experience working hands on in a supply chain management role and/or experience implementing supply chain and logistics systems.
