Brief Call: Our process typically begins with a brief virtual/phone conversation to get to know you! The objective? Learn about you, understand your motivations, and make sure we have the right job for you!
Interviews (the average number of interviews is 3 - the number may vary depending on the level of seniority required for the position). During the interviews, you will meet people from our team: your line manager of course, but also other people related to your future role. We will talk in depth about you, your experience, and skills, but also about the position and what will be expected of you. Of course, you will also get to know Amaris: our culture, our roots, our teams, and your career opportunities!
Case study: Depending on the position, we may ask you to take a test. This could be a role play, a technical assessment, a problem-solving scenario, etc.

Being a consultant at Amaris Consulting means positioning yourself as a technical and functional expert in an industrial field but above all being an ambassador of our organization to clients thanks to:

Your missionsContribute to and develop the implementation of selective demolition assignments, including asbestos removal, while preserving historically and architecturally important parts of buildings.
Perform preparatory studies that precede demolition works.
Monitor and supervise the execution of demolition projects.
Take part in integrated multidisciplinary teams for remediation and redevelopment of highly contaminated industrial sites.
Participate in project management and monitor different aspects such as planning, budgeting, safety, and technical quality.
Contribute to the further development of the “Demolition” sub-product, including business development and team expansion.
Your profileMaster’s degree in Engineering, preferably in the construction sector.
Experience in construction or infrastructure projects (1–3 years).
Knowledge of construction management, commissioning, and monitoring.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to switch between a broad overview and detail focus.
Excellent organizational skills, sense of initiative, and flexibility.
Fluent in English and Dutch; French is considered a plus.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills; team player focused on meeting client expectations.
