Job DescriptionPerform all kitchen activities ensuring safe, smooth, and profitable operations within the hotel framework.Support restaurant concept development, recommend menu changes based on seasonal availability, and adhere to Anantara food preparation and presentation guidelines.Maintain food safety, sanitation, and proper storage practices in all working areas.Ensure outlet safety and manage assets of all outlet property and facilities.Participate in and provide training to improve departmental skills and hotel service levels.Promote positive inter-departmental relations and maintain adherence to departmental checklists and cleaning schedules.Assist in maintaining clean and sanitised food preparation areas.

QualificationsStrong culinary skills and a passion for high-quality foodAbility to lead a section and work well under pressureExcellent communication and teamwork skillsEye for detail to achieve operational excellenceRelevant trade qualifications in commercial cookeryMinimum 03 Years of experience required
