Key Responsibilities\nDaily mise en place for our sushi offerings in the various outlets\nPreparation and presentation of dishes\nCompliance with and promotion of quality standards in the kitchen area\nCompliance with, development and co-creation of recipes\nJoint responsibility for the proper storage of food in accordance with HACCP guidelines\n
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise\nExperience in Asian cuisine\nExperience in the creation and production of sushi and sashimi\nInterest in being part of a creative and motivated kitchen team and challenging yourself every season\nA calm, clean and focused way of working\nTeam spirit and helpfulness as well as commitment and resilience\n
