In the heart of the Swiss Alps, Mediterranean culinary culture meets Alpine elegance, ushering in a new era of Greek cuisine. Guests can expect an innovative concept with authentic flavours, hand-picked ingredients, specialities from the open fire and the famous Greek hospitality. To strengthen our creative culinary team, we are looking for you as a motivated and dynamic Demi-Chef de Partie to open our Greek restaurant Neora from the coming winter season 2025/2026.
Key Responsibilities\nDaily mise en place for Neora Restaurant's Greek dishes\nPreparation and presentation of dishes for your position\nCompliance with and promotion of quality standards in the kitchen\nCompliance with, development and co-design of recipes\nShared responsibility for proper food storage in accordance with HACCP guidelines\n
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise\nCompleted training as a chef and professional experience in an upscale 5-star gastronomic establishment\nFirst experience in Greek and Mediterranean cuisine \nExcellent product knowledge of Greek cuisine\nProfessional competence, creativity and attention to detail, as well as very high quality awareness\nStructured and organised way of working\nGreat interest in team-oriented work\nVery good knowledge of German and English\n
